Project manager - Aalto University Digital Experience
As the project manager for Aalto DX, I worked daily with the Lead Designer and external agencies to plan and execute the look and feel of the university’s digital touchpoints, with the goal of building a design system. From roadmaps and budgets to mapping tools and conducting user tests, I oversaw a variety of aspects of the project and kept our stakeholders in the loop throughout the process.
product owner - Aalto University
Digital communications specialist and product owner for aalto.fi, ourblogs.aalto.fi, lwl.aalto.fi and other sites. I worked with designers and developers to create sites and other digital tools. From collecting feedback from users and recognizing bugs to writing tickets, priortizing the backlog and participating in sprint reviews, I was charged with ensuring we met the demands of our community.
content manager - Plywood Print
Created a new tone of voice for Plywood Print brand. Using data and researching trends I created posts and campaigns to better target potential customers and expand reach on the eCommerce site and social media platforms.
Entrepreneur
Successfully launched a small fashion company; Kasai Finland. Clothes from the brand were sold in stores in Helsinki and featured in different medias. I have also worked as a consultant, offering services related to digital content and business development to company’s such as Relove and Rusket Tytöt.
Advocacy
I am an advocate for a more equal, diverse and inclusive world. I have been fortunate enough to share my thoughts on the issue on a number of different platforms and continue to use my position whenever possible to create spaces for minorities.
