Led multiple strategic projects aligned with organizational goals, including accelerating new product development by 50%, managing Iittala’s North Star program, developing an award-winning Design System for Finland’s top university, and launching Fiskars Group’s first Candle and Scented Home products with a cross-functional team.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

Led end-to-end development of Iittala’s product and collection launches, including tableware, textiles, lighting, and accessories. Delivered two consecutive collections with 30% new product innovation, on time and on budget, through cross-functional team leadership and coaching.

PROCESS DEVELOPMENT

Established a unified way of working by redefining meeting cadences, key deliverables, and the commercial calendar.
